Tell Legislative Committees: No Anti-Abortion Propaganda by FL Dept. of Health

Letter To the House Health & Human Services Committee and the Senate Appropriations Committee on Health and Human Services

Dear Legislator

Please vote NO on HB 415/SB 436 when it is considered by your committee on Thursday morning. This bill would require the Florida Department of Health to create a website using a third-party vendor featuring anti-abortion pregnancy centers.

Floridians are looking for freedom to make personal medical decisions without interference from politicians — not a taxpayer funded website featuring anti-abortion centers. Less than a year after passing a six-week abortion ban, a new website will not restore freedoms to the 4 million people of reproductive age who may soon need to leave their home state to access the health care they need.

Decisions around pregnancy are deeply personal, and Floridians deserve access to all their options, not a narrowly curated list designed by extremist politicians.

Again, please vote NO on HB 415/ SB 436 to ensure Floridians have access to all of their options.

Sincerely,
