Amendment 4 will lower taxes on solar energy equipment making the decision to go solar that much easier for families and businesses throughout the state. This amendment, which was unanimously supported by the Legislature, will exempt renewable energy devices from several taxes for a twenty-year period.

With the support of Florida voters on the August 30th primary election, Amendment 4 will help promote solar energy, grow our economy, and protect our environment.
