Take Action: Support the Freedom to Vote, Oppose SB 90

Despite a smooth, record-breaking turnout election in 2020, some leaders in the Florida Legislature are pushing a cynical, overtly partisan legislative campaign to change our laws and make voting less safe and accessible for all.

Let’s get real - SB 90 by state senator Dennis Baxley (R-Ocala) is a solution looking for a problem, and the only problem is that Baxley and many of his colleagues are upset that too many people are voting. County Supervisors of Elections have spoken out against this plan to make voting harder, highlighting the changes are unnecessary, create barriers to ballot access, and will be expensive for taxpayers to implement. Elected officials should be working for safe and accessible elections for all.
