As one of your constituents I am asking you to confirm the historic nomination of Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson to the U.S. Supreme Court. With her broad, extensive background in law she is well-qualified for this position, and will strengthen our country’s judicial system.

She authored almost 600 decisions with a less than two percent case reversal rate. Judge Jackson’s record demonstrates she is a fair and impartial jurist. She has shown a clear commitment to justice and protecting the rights of all people.

She has broad experience among many legal professions as a federal appellate judge, a federal district court judge, public defender, an attorney in a private practice, and a member of the U.S. Sentencing Commission. She was confirmed by the Senate on a bipartisan vote three times. Miami Mayor Francis Suarez and former Speaker of the House Paul Ryan support her nomination.
