Several deputies and crowds of anti-abortion protestors were seen in front of the Planned Parenthood, located at 6418 Commerce Park Drive.

LEE COUNTY, Fla. — Five out-of-state protestors were arrested for trespassing and four juveniles were given notices to appear after blocking the entrance to a Fort Myers Planned Parenthood. Chester Gallagher, 72, of Lebanon, Tennessee, Kenneth Scott, 72, of Grand Lake, Colorado, Calvin Zastrow, 61, of Kawkawlin, Michigan, Eva Zastrow, 23, of Dover, Arkansas, and Katelyn Sims, 21, of Fort Worth, Texas, were all arrested outside of the Planned Parenthood on Commerce Park Drive. All five are facing trespassing charges. Gallagher was also arrested on an out-of-county warrant, according to the Lee County Sheriff’s Office. Kenneth Scott was previously arrested for trespassing in Cape Coral after “causing a disturbance and disregarding officers’ warning” outside of a Cape Coral City Council meeting where a mask mandate was being discussed. When deputies asked them to move, they said no, which is when protestors said they were taken into custody. Other protestors said they are also willing to be arrested for their cause.
